The goal of young left-wing writers is to obtain power and suppress conservative ideas.
The goal of too many young conservative writers is to simply be liked by liberals.
California Democratic Rep. Tony Cardenas — who has been accused of allegedly molesting a teenage girl in 2007 — has set up a legal defense fund to cover lawyers’ bills stemming from the case, according to newly filed documents.
When you put it like that, I think I'm going to start identifying as a woman.
As the conference speakers discussed, men and boys are falling behind in educational attainment and, subsequently, lag behind their female counterparts in the job market. Men are nearly four times more likely than women to commit suicide; are far more likely to be homeless; are far more likely to die or be seriously injured on the job; are far more likely to lose contact with their children after divorce (and to experience bankruptcy and mental illness as a result); and are far more likely to be arrested, charged, tried, and convicted for the same crimes as women – and to receive 60% higher criminal sentences than women do.
...stupid people are especially enthused about participation in public life. Now.
It was better before. When they weren't.

Someone's suggestion on the copied thread that Tesla could sell batteries is probably dead on. I'd bet that, with the battery factory Tesla is establishing in Nevada, that is the intent. BMW and Mercedes have the infrastructure in place to outdo Tesla in selling luxury electric cars while GM can certainly outdo Tesla in the middle market.
However, they'll all need batteries and I believe Musk is attempting to position Tesla to survive when it can no longer effectively compete in the selling of automobiles, but can excel in the efficient production of batteries. Not to mention, he's bought a few patents and companies toward that end.

Good morning!
Ah, the claim of the millennial hardly flatters you, an older man.
Your prose is excellent, even as the use to which it is put may, er, stain things on occasion (not usually). I was and am not kidding: if you write a book, I will buy it. Patrick is repelled by this.
But in this case, as before, it's as if when you start talking, you can't hear anything else.
Your effective choice in the last Presidential election was between an obvious and unrepentant liar and a dilettante. One had been fired from her first significant job in a law office of national import for lying and now shows no sign of caring for the truth or her own personal responsibility; her supporters physically abused opponents in her own party as well as others, and the power mechanism used to subdue Bernie Sanders buttressed her explicit contempt for both due process and individual rights, such contempt available on record in her own words. The dilettante, however removed from truth himself, had no machine to pervert the Constitution without consequences, and understood that the race and gender wars were NOT the most important things in the world except to the hustlers.
The choice was clear, except, perhaps to those who continually confused speech with actions. Donald Trump might be mean to gays because of his speech? Hillary Clinton took money from those who publicly executed them.
Which candidate called half the country "deplorable" and urged the people to think about what they could gain? Which candidate called for people to make the country great?
I will be pleased to learn that you voted Libertarian. Your support, no doubt, put fuel in his (her?) Gremlin, until they could afford the proper hybrid to signal virtue.

Hatred of Hillary is all you fuckers got. You don't care about virtue or principle or safety the Constitution or dignity or a dollar well-spent. It's not because she's corrupt and loathsome and conniving and repellent— Trump is all of those things too. We can point out the the logical collapse of your argument year after year after year. We can show you slides, charts, books, video and Colorforms... But at the end of every seminar, no matter how well-documented & dispositive, you'll look up —from a puddle of your own urine— and mutter 'Ugg. Hillary.'
