Scandinavians, incidentally, do better in capitalism than pretend-socialism, anyway. The living standards of Scandinavians in the United States are more than 50 percent higher than that of the Scandinavians in Europe. Maybe their success has more to do with being Scandinavian than it does with reading Marx.
The first Dreamland location is located just south of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. So it isn't even a Florida chain. At least they don't serve that gods accursed yeller sauce. I'm looking at you, Skarelina!
No, that kid will grow up to watch sports on TV while quietly masturbating and drinking Sarsaparilla... It'll be fine. The dorkless, supremely idiotic enthusiasts of the Trump administration definitely aren't creating a generation of hyper-violently, psychologically=tormented resentment zombies or anything.

My company is becoming less valuable by the day. The business model is unsustainable and my competitors have too many advantages; they can manufacture and sell electric cars faster than I can and at a lower cost.
Buying the company to take it private would be a huge mistake. All this talk about taking it private was an attempt to buoy the stock price. The market fixation with my company is ill-advised; look for the stock price to drop precipitously soon and investors to get burned.

This is improbable. I mean, you're having reality-grasp issues here— When teased for publicly and incorrectly predicting a single day's financial outcome, you think the worthiness of the investment is being affirmed. These errors are not the mark of someone equipped for derivatives.

Lujlp, a good marriage is better than being single. But being single is way better than a bad marriage.
One key trick is don't marry a moody person. They can be fun. They can be exciting. But if you are seeing much drama after a bit of dating you need to understand your entire relationship will be one of forced drama and emotional pain.

Hell, I'd wager a mediocre marriage is better than being single Ben
But I've seen far too many marriages fail, and have a hair trigger on a few issues to ever get married
Plus any woman who would make "good" marriage material wouldn't dump me when I point out we can just as easily spend our lives together without a contract that gives her most of my shit should she ever change her mind
Not really Lujlp. Any 'good marriage material' will dump you if you aren't interested in committing. As you should if she isn't interested as well. It goes both ways.
As for the divorce law stuff, many of us live in community property states. No alimony. Even states with alimony the divorce isn't what gets you. Kids are where it's at these days. Most places one kid means she gets 25% of your take home pay for the next 20 odd years. Two can get her 40%. And no marriage is required for that.
But I understand the gunshy issue. Like you I've seen way too many bad relationships. Though most of them weren't marriages.

I have no problem committing
I do have a problem entering into an poorly defined contract that has no discernible guidelines until the moment after it is broken, which even at that point seem to hold the man to terms that were never agreed to beforehand, certainly were never agreed to afterwards, and relies on the heavy hand of the government to force slave labor from one party to another often irrespective of the party that broke the contract
