That isn't anywhere close to accurate Snoopy. And it's pretty easy to prove.

Saudi Arabia - One simple gene test can show if you are rich or poor. It is called a paternity test. Are you part of the royal family? If yes you are rich, if no you are poor. IQ? Who cares? You don't need to be smart when you are related to the guy who owns everything and has the guns to keep it.

Now, that is just one third world country, right. Wrong. Most of the planet is third world countries. When success is almost entirely defined by who your relatives are you are in a third world country. Second world countries don't really exist. So how about first world ones? Once again things don't match. Do our politicians have the highest IQ? Nope. Bs and Cs mostly. Relatively few As in the bunch much less A+. How about the rich? Once again nope. They are lower than the politicians trending more to the C or C- category.

Now I'm not saying high IQ is bad or that it is better to be stupid and ignorant. Just that the claim that the smart people rule the world is so obviously false it doesn't take someone with a lot of IQ to figure that out.

I don't actually think it is a genetic difference between black-white groups on education and IQ. Instead I think it is a cultural one. But there is definitely a difference. And you are right Rad that standards are being dumbed down to try and hide that difference. Minimal achievement tests are one of the best examples of this. You see white and asian groups hitting 98% on these tests and then fail to improve any more while black and hispanic groups continue to improve from down in the 70%s. Is the gap really closing? Who knows, but probably not. When one side is saturated out like that you just aren't measuring them.

But IQ differences are NOT the root cause of all social inequality. You have to have a pretty low IQ to think so with all the obvious evidence to the contrary.
