Strange, fascism is always falling on America, but landing in Europe. Very odd that they haven't put a limit on the number of such meals an individual may purchase per unit time.
Calorie limits will be imposed on thousands of foods sold in supermarkets and restaurants in a bid to combat obesity.
It is a bit of funny logic IRA. I guess these people don't realize you can buy more than one serving and eat them at the same time. We have some state that did the same thing with alcohol. All the law did was increase garbage.

This is the same kind of government bureaucratic over-reach that led to the anger that gave the UK Brexit. How does no one in government get this yet?

Because they're smarter than the proles? this goes hand in glove with their notion of nationalized health care: it's for the children!.

I'm amazed at the reaction in The Washington Post. It's so Trumpian!
Better late than never. The Broward Sun-Sentinel has pulled an about-face, and after months of backing Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel, the paper now says it agrees with the GOP that the man in charge during the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting needs to be removed from office.

"Have you heard the good news? Choco-ration's going up. Twenty-five grams per week. Doubleplusgood!"
OTOH, I was looking around locally at bars and small restaurants, and gagging at what owners think should be pictured on their website: flat beer in a grimy glass, ugly and sweaty people packing their guts with brown food in a garage building installed for the purpose...ooo, they have a jukebox!
Only the best people.
