Here’s a remarkable fact: Dollar stores are now feeding more Americans than Whole Foods is – even though most dollar stores have no fresh food, only a limited selection of packaged items -
RE: the dollar stores, and their proliferation. If the national chains are going out of business it's their own fault. What did they think would happen when they ignored those smaller, economically depressed areas. People need the basics, and they have to get them somewhere at a decent price. Not everyone can afford Amazon Prime to get their groceries delivered from Whole Foods on a weekly business.
The big box grocery retailers put the mom and pops out of business decades ago, now the dollar stores are hurting the big grocery retailers. Not only that, I see the prices at the grocery stores, and sometimes I cringe! I'll pop into a 99 cent store, or the Dollar Tree on occasion, and I'm always surprised at the deals they have. I usually ask myself why don't I shop there more often.

I mean, at NASA
in 40 years, went from that to iphone

Scooters in the lake
Not a Muppets episode. That would have been "Scooter's In The Lake".
So, no Muppets, just trendpollution.
