And they imagine they'll be able to keep it under their preferred socialist regime. They think they'll be able to tell the former Trumpers to "suck it" when they beg for aid, which of course they will - while they, the coastal elite, will continue to purchase $4.00 lattes and $5,000 laptops, helping only the chosen and eternally-grateful recipients of their largesse. They don't see a scenario in which the government they help to put in power or the people living on their handouts turn on them.

Kamala Harris.
Don’t let Harris fool you: ignoring unintended consequences while undermining the agency and economic freedom of the people you’re trying to help would be a terrible quality in a president. She should be forced to confront her record whenever possible, even if she decides to pull a conveniently timed about-face here after the fact, the way she did with marijuana.
Seems all the reps from Mexifornia are evil: the evil Kamal, Nanski Peloski and Difi just to start.

I was assured that questioning the results of an election was the worst sort of attack on our democracy?
On Tuesday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) told reporters that Stacey Abrams, who lost the Georgia governor’s race in 2018, will deliver the Democrats’ response to President Donald Trump’s State of the Union speech. Schumer said he and House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) both agreed that Abrams should give the response.
...
Abrams still refuses to concede the election, and has since launched a campaign to question the legitimacy of the results.

I daresay that without Paul and his money, this "strong, independent woman" would not be where she is today.
Although, I would not discount the political skills she learned at the knee of her father, Thomas D'Alesandro, former Congressman and mayor of Baltimore, and from her Congressional mentor, George Miller of California. Those skills are all hers and she knows how to use them. She learned machine politics from some of the best.
Wish I'd said that, and one day I will:

I was going to enjoy any post by Kaus anyway... But one in which he cites Galloway? That's Money in the bank.

Surely not all of them! I mean, let's give Gavin Nuisance a tour of duty in the Govenator's Mansion and see which way he turns.

Keep your paws off my falcon, you fucking viper.
Also, I was always to old to perve on Danny-girl, though at this point she could leave a message on my service and no one would have to go to jail.
