Putting On The HIITs
I do High Intensity Interval Training -- 10 30-second sets super-fast on a bike while watching stuff on Netflix. I do this though I eat low-carb/high-fat and can stay slim without exercising in the least. This is a nice thing I do for my brain, per the research.
Today's Deal at Amazon relates. Save up to 30% on Sunny exercise equipment. $69.00 - $579.00. (Gotta scroll down the page to find the Sunny stuff but the deals are there.)
This means you don't have to drag your ass to a gym. (I do also do weight-bearing exercise -- important for bones, heart, and metabolism -- but that I also do at home, with military-style pushups and small weights.
I have a bike that works my arms at the same time as I'm doing cardio with my legs, like this Sunny rowing machine for glutes and arms. Was: $99.00. Deal of the Day price: $69.00 (30% off).
Amazon's other Deals of The Day include:
•28% off RSP Grass-Fed TrueFit Protein. List: $31.97. Today only, 28% off.•Save 30% on Nature Made vitamins & supplements. $5.92 - $22.46.
A thing I recommend as a gift -- possibly a gift for yourself!
It's this incredible snail face cream I've been using -- a Seoul-aceutical. Of course, being me, it's the $16ish version of the $80 or $90 cream everybody else wears, but with the same active ingredients in the same amount. And in a nice jar, too, and not a tiny one, either!Makes my skin feel like velvet, and people I haven't seen for a while keep saying, "How come your face has no lines?" Okay, French sunblock is part of it, but this stuff seems to do something that fills out your skin in a nice way and disappears some of the big ridges you'd otherwise have when you are no longer 22!

Runner's World just put out an article in which they say that HIIT training can help brain function in overweight and obese people. So they basically back you up on your conclusion, at least when it comes to being overweight.
