When the President of Egypt was about to be ousted a few years ago, he tried to disconnect all of Egypt's social media in a bid for time. So there was a Twitter wisecrack:
Mubarak on Internet connectivity: "Probably your router; try turning it off and back on again."
The joke lives on, but it grows ever-less amusing.

This is what Google Glass was actually built to do. I expect unforeseen and difficult social consequences.

Ya just gotta keep that expression of calm optimism on your face at all times, just like Orwell's 1984 put it, Crid. Sometimes, Ingsoc really does have the answers to things like Google Spyglass.
You need to lean back and relax in the privacy of your own home with some good books on spelling, punctuation, and the fundamentals of interpersonal conduct.
There's Hell, and then there's you moment in the spotlight on a nationally respected forum to share your expertise, when suddenly there's a phone call.
Note: the idea that I posted this in order to body-shame people is only there for the terminally neurotic.

I started keto back up in May and I’ve lost 20 lbs. I started a CrossFit gym a couple of weeks ago and I’m hooked. The nutritionist there (unlike the previous gym I was at ) is a keto/ER and was born a type one diabetic. So it’s pretty awesome. Most nutritionists I’ve met have steered me away from keto and what a disaster. I can’t be trusted with carbs.

What do you eat?

Lots of meat, fish eggs and butter. Stay within 20 net carbs a day. A “Cheat day” for me would be 50 net carbs. And never. Ever. Ever. Ever. Bread, pasta or gluten. It’s not good for me. I’m definitely very sensitive to it. Messes with my thyroid too.
I can make homemade keto ice cream which I’ll have on my “cheat” day.
I love my air frier. It’s beyond easy (and cheap) to make chicken wings, my daughter and husband love these too so there are never leftovers.
My husband’s favorite keto meal I make is chicken cordon bleu.
Salad as a side to whatever meat I’m eating. Bacon, bacon and more bacon.
A fun clip behind these tweets.

I haven't a clue what you're trying to say, but "Spyglass" is silly.
