Personally I would go with "Hey Assholes" instead of mindful practices when dealing with a bunch of assholes that don't clean up but this is the world we live in(I'm guessing this is in office break room or dorm kitchen.)

By now, most of us are familiar with this tune, at least as it's played on college campuses. But if you think about it, there's no reason why it doesn't play elsewhere. From an editorial in the Air Force Times:

I'm pretty sure that's exactly the location of the messy kitchen in question. And a reason I try very hard to not use the workplace kitchen, fridge or microwaves.

The kitchen usually isn't bad, but the fridge can be dicey, and the microwave generally is a fire hazard due to the now dried out spills that no one bothers to clean when a paper towel would be enough.

Google "mindful" and you'll see droves of links that read like touchy-feely New Age philosophy. I was expecting more Star Wars links, but unless you add jedi to your search terms that don't show up early on.
