I would say that the reports of the demise of Kim Jung Un are...premature.

Well, if your dog is trying to take over the world, he doesn't want you underfoot.
Sadly, Un may be the best hope for stability on the Korean peninsular.

> The headline is just another
> blood libel.
"Blood libel" is twat language.
See also, "fake news." Reliance on trite 'n trendy coinages discourages further consideration of the matters at hand.
When a surf-moistened teenager "shreds some gnarl," it's charming. When an adult cheapens language for more serious matters, it ain't cute.
Crid at April 21, 2020 9:01 AM
Exactly what I was thinking, Crid.
It never ceases to amaze me how professional writers, especially (aside from tabloid writers), fail to realize that the minute you start using recent political slang or labels in your writing, you are preaching to the choir and worsening the political divide. What ever happened to RESTRAINING oneself? Like an adult?
As a headline for a Miss Manners op-ed (not a column) once said: "Attack Ideas, Not People."
Or, persuasion is better than force.

Anybody know whatever became of Disgusted silent reader at March 26, 2020 9:25 AM?
Meanwhile, here's something to think about. (Note further explication in his subsequent tweets.)

Crid, that "March 26" link doesn't work.

Ironically, the original was updated in the 1950s by a Native American artist, Patrick DesJarlait of the Ojibwe tribe, who designed it to celebrate his culture. He also designed the Hamm's Beer bear.
