so the Biden thing pisses me off. What pisses me off is all the guys saying, "It's such an extreme act, it's so unbelievable, in a hallway, too!"
Like it's great that these sweet summer children think that this is a rare thing, but it really isn't. There are lots of gropey pervs out there. I'm glad that there are lots who would never do such a thing and thus believe it can't exist, speaks well of their character and all, but... this is very much a thing a lot of guys do.
I can't be the only person who got groped a lot and grabbed by the pussy during my youth... in hallways, too!!!!!

Beorn from the Hobbit (as I imagine him, not the one that looks like a woodchuck from the movie) is super hot. I imagine him as about 7 feet tall, ripped, broad shoulders, long black hair and beard, and he rescues me from a gang of randy orcs.

Having read Ronald Kessler's Inside Congress, I have no doubt a senior Senator could have groped an aide in the hallway to no recriminations.
"For in the 540-room Capitol, and in the surrounding House and Senate office buildings, on the manicured grounds, and in secret hideaways and tunnels, the most shocking, outrageous, and often corrupt activities take place."

The content of IRA's link is not available in this region.

That linkie seems to have vanished as well. Let me know if this works. It is from the Columbus (OH) Dispatch newspaper.

Otherwise, you might want to investigate using a VPN to route around websites that block access from European users because they don't want to have to mess with GDPR privacy issues.
The free plan provides access to the US. The basic plan weighs in at 4 €/month. They're a Swiss company, so they may be reliable.

In a pinch, you might try the TOR browser.
It starts you out from a new random place in the world every time you start it, so you might have to make a few attempts.

The blood stuff is interesting, but it is still very early in the research pipeline. Similar experiments have shown short term improvement (even up to a year or two) with longer term issues following (increased risk of cancer and other diseases). It will be interesting to see just how this one pans out.

Crid the bully does mad libs!
Come back to us when you can hold an actual conversation.
Ben at May 13, 2020 5:46 AM
I'm a bully! It's a schoolyard problem!
Your baseless confidence, worded always with the transparency of a HS grad's needy puffery, will ever amuse. It's 2002's prototype internet tough guy, where no one can tell you don't reeeee-ly have a degree in finance, economics, law, library science, experimental design, or whatever the big kids are talking about.

I mean, Nicole never talks that way. Lenona doesn't…
Crid at May 13, 2020 7:54 AM
Ironically I have oak panels in one of my sitting areas. I don't have a cat, though, I have a dog.
Wait, why are you two sniping at each other right now and how'd Lenora and I get dragged in?
NicoleK at May 13, 2020 12:08 PM
Damned if I know NicoleK.
Crid, who is picking a fight once again? Who can't actually present a complaint but instead offers random words? When are you going to stop acting like a childish bully?
The semi-targeted demethylation of DNA is very good research Crid. But this isn't the first time it has been tried. They even made a Simpsons episode about earlier efforts. I'm no great expert on the subject but the earlier trials I read about did show short term improvements in physical and mental function. It provided good hope that it would lead to longer lifespans. Unfortunately it appears to have done the opposite, improving quality of life at the cost of length of life.
At this time the 'Elixir' treatment is promising. But it is clearly very early in the process. The published testing was only on lab rats. It also did not show increased lifespan. It did show increased physical and mental function. It also showed a possible causal path for increased lifespan. But that isn't the same as demonstrating increased lifespan. If you are looking at FDA approval 20 years sounds about right.
All in all Crid your's is an odd response from a short blurb saying 'cool stuff IRA'. You've really got to get over your 'Enemy list guy! Attack! Attack!' thing.

You're sane; Your clarity highlights the distinction. You were at hand.
