Step One: Self-segregate to protect oneself from white people.
Step Two: Force university to change curriculum to something easier to study/pass/understand.
Step Three: Graduate and attempt to join multi-racial multi-skilled workforce. Fail.
Step Four: Blame someone else.

When I was an undergrad my university had opt-in similar majors on certain floors of the freshman dorms.
Ha! I, and many others did not know this, and ended on on a Psychology Majors floor. More than half of us were not Psychology majors on that floor.
While I think the idea of similar majors housed together might be a good idea - who the hell thinks it is a good idea to racially segregate - even if on a voluntary basis?

freshman year I got on the floor with the entire wrestling team. I would have opted-out of that.
The idea that blacks need to be protected from contact with whites is sick. If anything, black students are more dangerous (just based on statistics) to whites. If mere contact with white people is offensive, then the student has been imbibing too much of the kool-aid.
