It might've been dif if I grew up in, oh, Sinaloa instead of a boring Detroit suburb, but I grew up in the latter!
Who's most hurt in this case? The child they cannot adopt. https://t.co/5atxnOjDfn

Okay, here's and interesting Twitter account.

I just woke up and noticed that thanks to the New York Post, every journalist that skews to the left is now a Libertarian.

My mother used to leave us in the car when she went shopping. We had books to read and we sat in the car reading. Sometimes, she took so long we wondered if she'd fled out the back door or been kidnapped. Our family car had no air conditioning and my father was too cheap to run the air conditioner at home, so we had been acclimatized to the heat and humidity of North Florida.

Unfortunately, there's at least one compelling reason not to leave TWO children unsupervised in a car. Aside from the possibility that they might release the brake or start the car, there was at least one case of a girl - in Texas, I think - who strangled her baby brother with the seat belt when he wouldn't stop crying. Yes, the father was charged with neglect - and he was gone for 90 minutes, and it could just as easily have happened in 20.

Why would anyone want to work with or for the Hard Left when they turn hostile toward you on a dime. Now, they're after Diane Feinstein because she hugged Lindsay Graham and failed to block Amy Coney Barrett's nomination from getting through the committee.
What was she supposed to have done? When they were in the majority, the Dems killed most of the weapons they could have used now.
Feinstein is from a more civilized time, when politicians worked together, even when they were at odds. Let's not forget, unlike the activists calling for her head, she's actually run something. She was appointed mayor of San Francisco in the wake of the Moscone-Milk shootings and held the office for 10 years after that.

"Feinstein is from a more civilized time"
Indybay's comprehensive paper "The Corruption of Senator Feinstein" is a compelling read.

I'll take a look at it. I'm not Di-Fi's biggest fan. I'm still upset by that stunt she pulled with the Kavanaugh hearings. However, you take sanity from leftists these days where you can find it.
I think anybody who spends a large part of their lives in politics becomes corrupted or warped in some way, no matter the party to which they pledge allegiance - whether Biden, Graham, McConnell, Feinstein, Waters, Schumer, et al.

"anybody who spends a large part of their lives in politics becomes corrupted or warped in some way, no matter the party"
Amen to that.
