"Woke"-Washed Black Studies In California
Clarence Jones, legal counsel and speech writer for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., wrote a letter to Governor Hair Gel (better known as California Governor Gavin Newsom) and his educrats, highlighting his concerns with the current Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum. It all but erased the accomplishments of MLK, John Lewis, and others who achieved their civil rights aims through non-violent protests. Two excerpts:








It's a start. They can also remove the maliciously false assertions that most wealth in the US comes from slavery and that whenever a black person fails to achieve economic success it is because of racism (other than his own).
