Restricted tools include air compressors, impact wrenches, and even tools as simple as torque wrenches. The law further defines these items as “tools not normally found in a residence.” ~ from a link by Crid at March 10, 2021 7:05 AM

Perhaps these are not found in white collar residences, but in blue collar residences these kinds of things are quite common, and often necessary.

" help to reverse-engineer parts for an older stealth bomber."
This is really cute but it's also really bad. Desert tortoises have evolved in an arid, food scarce environment.
Their bodies just can't handle high calorie/high nutrient food, the soft tissues grow much faster than their shell and they develop permanent deformities.
Mudd's gone. Forty years later, this clip still thrills.

That's a great story! And think of the black ops budgets they'll be able to conceal under these six-figure buckets of prop wash and sky hooks.
It worked for the toilet seats and hammers, anyway. Always go with the classics.
But seriously now, isn't it about time we got to see the UFO tech?
