Why is there no national outcry unless there's a police officer to blame? Where was everyone--media, social media--when little children were gunned down in their car seats and beds? https://t.co/LXK5J7RI4A

Since Bryant was reportedly an honor roll student but didn't have enough emotional self control to put the knife down in time...here's something I'd say is pretty relevant, and it was likely written before she was in the news.

Excerpt:
"...Just as children must learn to behave correctly, they must also learn to think and emote correctly. Contrary to contemporary psychological propaganda, not all feelings are valid or deserving of exploration.
“ 'I have a right to feel like I do' is correct. But the pressing question is: Does anyone have a 'right' to indiscriminately inflict their feelings on other people? No, they do not, and children should be taught that most feelings are private matters and should remain as such.
"Feelings make us human, and it is fine for a person to express certain feelings in certain contexts with certain other people. But feelings are not, in and of themselves, good things. Undisciplined emotion is potentially destructive to self and others.
"Fifty or so years ago, the profession of psychology decided — without evidence, as usual — that understanding children required deciphering their feelings..."

Can someone explain why blacks are constantly flashing gang signs? The DM had a picture this AM of Ma'Khia Bryant flashing a gang sign, and now this six-year old. The rot in a culture/subculture that produces this is significant.
Apparently the argument in Columbus was over an unmade bed. It's always astonished me how fast blacks can go to Defcon One over something trivial.

I stumbled on this video. It was posted by a black Republican cinematographer, Errol Morris - and he apparently supports this mother, Courtney Ann Taylor, who's demanding that kids be allowed to stop wearing masks, just because KIDS don't contract COVID easily. (Not a word about how they can, in fact, SPREAD the virus. Why don't people realize yet that masks are to protect OTHER people?)
While it may be true, as some say, that kids don't spread the virus that easily, they can still spread it!
https://www.newsweek.com/georgia-mom-rails-against-school-mask-mandate-viral-1585957
From elsewhere:
Q: Are kids any more or less likely than adults to spread coronavirus?
A: Early studies suggested that children do not contribute much to the spread of coronavirus. But more recent studies raise concerns that children could be capable of spreading the infection. Apr 14, 2021.
Q: Can children without any symptoms spread COVID-19?
A: A recent study found that nearly 40% of children who tested positive for COVID-19 were asymptomatic. People of all ages can be asymptomatic and can still spread the virus to others. Nov 5, 2020.

Talk about absent-mindedness...I meant Errol Webber.
From The Gleaner, back in November:
"Jamaican Errol Webber, who ran on the Republican ticket for the 37th congressional district in Los Angeles, California, is refusing to concede defeat despite getting less than 14 per cent of the total votes cast..."

Shortly before the police shooting incident and about 2 miles away, one 15-year-old shot another. I did not find this information on the first 10 pages of a google search for "columbus oh shooting april".
Incident Summary:
On Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 3:52PM, Columbus Police Officers were called to the 3200 hundred block
of Marion Pl. on a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found 15-year-old Trevon Dickson suffering
from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 21 transported Dickson to Mount Carmel East Hospital in
critical condition, where he was pronounced deceased at 4:31PM.
Meanwhile, 15-year-old Nasir Ndiaye was transported from the scene to Children’s Hospital by private
vehicle where he was treated for a gunshot wound. After taking Ndiaye to the hospital, the person(s)
who transported Ndiaye fled from the hospital in the transporting vehicle.
The investigation revealed that Ndiaye shot Dickson, for unknown reasons, fatally wounding Dickson.
Dickson was able to return fire, wounding Ndiaye, before collapsing. Detectives have charged Ndiaye
with Murder for causing Dickson’s death.

Why is there no national outcry unless
____________________________________
It gets pretty complicated.
That is, when it comes to civilians, it isn't just black-on-black gun violence that gets ignored by both types of media - or just one type of media.
Example: It's been said, repeatedly, that what gets the most attention from the media, social media, and the law, is the murder of a white victim, whether the killer is black or not.
A black victim of a white (non-cop) killer will get a good deal of attention in social media, but MAYBE not so much elsewhere.
And we all know that individual, fatal gun ACCIDENTS - even when the victim is young and white - don't seem to merit a national outcry. (As opposed to statistics.)

If you type in "child killed in drive by" you hardly see a white kid.

I said "most." Not just "some."
In other words, if drive-by shootings started becoming more common in white neighborhoods, you can bet ALL the national media would go into panic mode - and maybe even get as much on-air time for that subject as COVID.
And, many of us remember something from almost 20 years ago. From elsewhere:
...the July 29th, 2005 edition of The Boondocks...was ultimately censored by the Washington Post. The three panels read,
Huey: “‘I haven’t watched the news very much lately. It’s too much like reality TV.’
Pause.
Huey: ‘Whatever happened to that white girl in Aruba?’
Caesar: ‘I dunno. I stopped watching before the season finale.’”

P.S. This was just two weeks ago, when the media was all over the Ma'Khia story. He was an honor student too.
"A 16-year-old Maryland resident who was fatally shot by a state trooper while armed with a toy gun and knife was a “sweet young man” and honors student, relatives said."
