Another tweet pointed out that the "mic on" lights on each side of the screen were not lit, suggesting that this was staged and Biden was not actually in audio contact with anyone - the tweet comparing that to a Trump photo of a call about the Haiti hurricane in which the "mic on" lights were clearly and visibly lit.

There may be a legitimate reason for not showing the current situation or personnel and using a stock or staged photo; but passing said staged photo off as a live photo of Joe in action contributes to the suggestion of ongoing deception that does not help the administration's overall cause.
