UPI - "A German inventor's unique ultrasound "testicle bath" birth control device for men took the top prize at the country's James Dyson Awards.
The COSO uses ultrasound to temporarily stop sperm mobility. ... The device only needs to be used every few months to keep the sperm inert ..."
And no, UPI is not short for 'Ultrasonic Penile Inventions'.
Anyway, just dip 'em in the handy cuplike device and buzz away.
You go first.

This is one time I won't be complaining about the slowness of FDA approvals. Sure the FDA irrationally stretches out approval times to around ten years for most drugs and medical devices, but I don't think there's any man that would complain about waiting a few more years for more testing of this one.

If Mr. Burr is aware of the reality, he would give up quite a bit for that bite!
