Now I'm thinking of actual eggs, which I love and make as a buttery snack. Highly recommend. No milk. Just throw two eggs in a pan and scramble them as they cook and take them off before they're very done and salt liberally.
Yes, I'm probably high on some sort of fumes, as I'm offering cooking advice. I'll stop now.








I put two strips of bacon on a hot enough cast iron skillet, then drop the eggs and put over hard. Salt & pepper to taste.

If you are a vegan, the Vantastic brand bacon-like tofu is very good. The kind that comes in a sous-vide pouch.
But what's with the eggy titles today?
