Not a link, but a report: After mandating vaccines, claiming that it is a Federal contactor and thus bound to Biden admin requirements, Savannah River Site's contractor, Savannah River Remediation, now claims it doesn't have to observe the Federal court injunction against mandates because it is a private company.
