Well, he didn't look fat too me. Could he have weighed 258lbs? Not unless he was about 7 feet tall.

This news item is just another indication that the diet industry pendulum is swinging away from the low-carb, high-fat creed. We can buy only so many Atkins books and videos. It's time to inundate us with another diet guru!
