Oh, good! Hey, Amy, have you heard about the new NO CARB diet?
No C-heney!
No A-shcroft!
No R-umsfeld!
No B-ush!
And absolutely NO RICE!
Now, that's a diet I can live with. Follow that regimen and it will take you and the nation through January 2009!
(I would have spelled out the entire word "carbohydrate," but I couldn't think of a single Republican politician whose name began with "Y." The "O" and "H" were easy. No O-rrin H-atch!)

You know what else you can eat that doesn't have any carbs? A bullet! (Just kidding, I've just been wanting an excuse to use that one.)
Heh heh...no more spammers now! Gregg (my boyfriend) installed James Allen's MT Blacklist. I just went over and donated $25 to Allen. Before we added the blacklist of spammers URLs to my site files (their actual URLS are banned from being included in comments, and they get a "sorry!" message when they try to post), one last spammer snuck in. One of the most satisfying things I've done recently was typing in the address to my Blacklist file, and banning them myself. That felt gooood! Now there are over 1000 URLS banned...all "get a bigger mortgage on your Penis in Los Vegas!" Hah!

Any news on your spammer, Amy?

Question, Amy. Is it acceptable to include my URL for my personal training page (if I ever get it up) in my post entries under URL?
