Apparently, part of Zell Miller's anti-Kerry rant was lifted from an Internet chain letter, debunked on Snopes.

I'm sure it takes a lot of panache for a guy whose favorite evening wear is a black teeshirt that says "FUCK BUSH" in 480-pt. type to call anyone else "ever-annoying."
