Watch Amy On Web Teevee!
For a limited time only, to see my Dennis Miller appearance from last night, click here. They said they liked me and want me back, although I did get chided by Dennis for my Cheney remark!
Here's Paul, who's very funny and absolutely darling, asking somebody out there to give us a show together: "Lucille Ball! Lucy/Desi reality show!" I told him we should do an advice show together on the radio on Sunday nights. Any takers out there?!!
*You will need Quicktime to view this. It's available free, even to Windows people. Just click on the movie, and it will tell you what to do -- just like me!
Well done! You also looked super hot, which is all that counts, right?

And aren't you cute!
Does the Miller audience sound as unresponsive (and who can blame them?) in the studio as they do on TV, or are they just badly mic'd?
There's no way (or reason) in hell I'd be invited on the show, and if I were, I wouldn't appear. Oh -- maybe so I could constantly refer to and address him as "Denny," in tribute to all those diminutives he forces on everybody. Fortunatelyu for you, there isn't a lot he can do with "Amy." Maybe "Remember when I used to be funny, Aim'?"

Thanks for putting that up, I had planned to watch it live but was shanghaied. I thought you handled yourself well, but may have to put manners aside and interrupt to get more talk in next time. I personally loved your Cheney comment, and I didn't see Dennis cracking down on the others for being glib.
On a tangent. I'm not a regular Miller-watcher, so I don't know if it's standard or not, but the music-geek in me was tickled to hear X's "Some Other Time" as the fadeout music. I won't quote the lyrics here, but they're very appropriate.

Was that the coat! (The movie was so small it was difficult to see).
Either way, they didn't recognize you nearly enough for my tastes.

Please don't do an advice show with Paul Rodriguez. Find someone who's funny instead.

"Remember when I used to be funny, Aim'?"
Yeah, it was back when you agreed with him.
I don't think Rodriguez has ever been able to top AKA Pablo.

Good job Amy. Thank god Dennis is back doing what he does best and not ruining Monday Night Football anymore. He tarnished his image so badly doing that it's taken awhile for me to regain respect for his comedic skills.
The CNBC show has been a good venue for him, but he doesn't rotate questions to his guests the way a good news anchor does. I wish we could have heard more from you. The same thing happened to Cathy Seipp when she was on his show. Go on again and next time, steal the spotlight yourself!

Miller was ridiculously wrong to criticize you for the Cheney remark. Your statement wasn’t too “glib” for a celeb talk show hosted by a (mediocre) political satirist. Geez. What the fuck does he think he’s running, Meet the Press circa 1962?
