Thank you for finding such a fact laden synopsis of this matter. I would have never taken the time to look into it. It's the first time I've seen the chronology of it. Like most human events it has elements of good, bad, and ugly. Most of my reactions are just that. Reactions to the rampant, passion-filled hysteria that has taken this thing into the circus mode. Both sides. I don't think I've ever seen something like this where everyone has a black eye. No one comes out looking good, from the primary participants to the judges and politicians (big surprise there) to the media gawkers.
The million is gone I take it. To me the sensible thing is to let the don't-pull-the-tube folks take her home and care for her however they wish. But not on the public's dime. I'm sure they can find plenty of donations now. Bulimia probably induced the heart attack. Never heard that brought up. What a mess that poor woman must have been even before all this.

I'm still hoping that Marilyn Manson will weigh in on the issue one of these days.
