On a positive note, there seems to be no correlation with a jonesing for an extra-large bag of Doritos and an entire sheet of brownies.

If I didn't have email and the internet, I would never have made it through the last 2 years of my job. It is simply the only thing that keeps me awake at work.

A nice little stereo (CD player and radio) also goes a long way toward keeping the brain stimulated at work.
