PSA used to paint big smiles on their planes, but then when Flight 182 almost orphaned me you suddenly had these gruesome pictures of this damned 727 happily going down in flames. Too much irony for my diet.

Yes, and dress the stews in hot pants. EEeeeek!! Your parents were living in North Park?? I've heard terrible stories of bodies falling on car hoods, and worse.

Yeah. My mom wouldn't let us go out that night because there were supposedly bodies hanging in the power lines and stuff. Then according to my sister they ended up using the football field at the private school on the next block as a morgue, but I don't remember that part.
My daughter would love that plane.
