Right out of Better Mobile Homes & Gardens.
Yesterday while walking my dog I counted 15 in my immediate neighborhood. Venice is becoming the "Mobil Homeless" center of L.A. Why not, we all like beachfront property.

See that bright blue sky? That means that the season changed under the 5-day cloud cover last week, and another LA winter of gorgeous comfort under a low sun is over. We miss it already!
