Having to pay for a recall is simply wrong. I hate to think its ideal but rather hope it will be a reality in that his peers, collegues, city council members, and the mayor himself (if he weren't so damn busy zipping up) would collectively apply a lovely bit of peer pressure to the point of utter discomfort and 'encourage' him from their positions to step down on his own...like a big boy.
