Global warming must have taken your snow away. If you need some, I'll go out to my porch, shovel some into a box, and send it too you. It is sad to see you deprived of one of the best benefits of winter!

Heh. Ours is almost all gone already, except for the piles of icy, hardened, dirty snow on the sides of the roads. It rained all day and night yesterday, and this morning all the roads were shiny, icy driving hazards, until you got on the interstate, which was chock full of crunchy sandy nastiness. What fun. I can't wait until next Thursday; I'm going to Florida for my brother's wedding. o_O

Our piles of icy, hardened, dirty snow look seem to be in it for the long haul this year. I hate it almost all the time except when I go outside at night. Winter sucks, but it doesn't get much prettier than a clear night with a full moon and super-sparkly ground as far as you can see.

It's easy to cozy up to a green Xmas. Did not miss the white ones when I was west coast. Don't understand why those who 'miss the change of seasons' stay in the sun belt or those who dislike winter remain where the snow falls.
