No one here can decently answer this question. Perhaps the asking price of $92,000 already includes a price reduction for that needed work ? You need to ask your real estate agent to provide recent comparable sales evidencee for you, so that you can gauge the market properly. As well, do NOT expect that the price of this house will be reduced by the costs of the improvements that you desire. Why ? Because the house has functional bathrooms and a kitchen, even if you do not like the way they look.

You have a good range of grades, but medicine is very hard. You need B or above in maths and english. You could do bilology and chemistry A levels, and maths may also be required by uni.
