Love those...been using them for years. I used to wrap the pills in a piece of meat or cheese, but my dog could eat the treat and then promptly spit the pills out. And with 80-100 pound dogs, pilling them the old-fashioned way can be a challenge.

I've used them, but my dog was too smart and managed to eat the pocket and spit the pill out ^.^ So if you have anything like a border collie, I suggest mashing the pill into some Braunschweiger.

I tried these and my dog would spit the pill out as well.
My vet also told me (for antibiotics after a porcupine incident) not to de-capsule the medicine. Some medicines are neutralized by the stomach acids, and are designed to make it through the stomach to be absorbed by the intestinal tract.
