This crap is the same thing that has gone on with the pain management clinics and doctors with the DEA.
The doctor hangs out a shingle to do strictly pain management and has 99 patients that have pinched nerves and other debilitating pain. But the 100th patient knows how to play the doctor and lie.
That hundredth patient causes the doctor's DEA license to be pulled.
This is the same shit because an orthopedist will prescribe a wheelchair because the patient just had back surgery. But there will be the guy that refuses it, and then the orthopedist will be accused of over-prescribing chairs.
