I don't think any president could truly be competent. It's just a matter of which presidents are doing the things we like.
On an unrelated note, this disgusting pig in a sailor's uniform just threatened a new recruit (via Facebook) with rape and called her "you fucking whore."
He later described his comment as "inappropriate" and claimed he made it while drunk. But instead of apologizing, he described the backlash he received as "super awesome."
I wonder if his court-martial for communication of a threat will be "super awesome."

Coming from a person who thinks Sarah Palin could be a good president, I'll take that as a compliment. Go back to your Palin worship, nonentity.

That asshole should be rotting in prison. And what does it say of the culture within the Navy if they don't kick him out? Some days I wonder if the feminists aren't right after all.

Women stop shaving to get credit at Arizona State.
"It's just a matter of which presidents are doing the things we like."
So says the "war-on-women" "man" that hates Sarah Palin who ran for vice-president. Pray tell pissant, what would she do that would be worse than Joe Biden or Obama based on her tenure as Governor of Alaska?

Quit halfway through her first term. (Or maybe that wouldn't be such a bad thing in her case.)
I also love how you put "man" in quotes when describing me. Thanks for tipping your hand and revealing what your real problem with me is.

You don't get it. My real problem with you is you attack a woman for such childish reasons. I have the same dislike for pricks like Art Deco. You are not a man because of that - I'm old school. I don't, and never have, tolerated bullies and punks who try to take down women.
"Quit halfway through her first term."
That's it? That's the best you got? You know, there is a reason she quit. Pricks like you were costing the state and her, personally, some serious dollars based on false claims. You probably don't agree with that fact, but it is.

Oh, I get it all right. So, because Sarah Palin is a woman, she gets to wander into the political arena, but somehow she gets to be insulated against all the criticism, scrutiny and ridicule that male politicians have to endure on a daily basis.
"Old school"? No. "Old school" describes me at the gym. Free weights only, no machines. "Old school" refers to those who think the older ways are still the best." What you are is a "sexist pig." Sarah Palin is an adult in the 21st century. And she's fully capable of taking care of herself. She doesn't need retrograde imbeciles like you with their misguided sense of chivalry sticking up for her.
Attitudes like yours would make a Palin presidency into the stuff of comedy. Male world leaders would be expected to give deference to her on the basis of gender, otherwise, they'd be hearing from you. "Why, you brute! You pissant! Why are you trying to put down women?"
I don't put Sarah Palin down because she's a woman. I put her down because I think she's an incompetent, and I don't like her politics.
And any self-respecting woman would find your attitude to be a lot more than just a tad condescending.

Besides, your sense of chivalry is decidedly selective. I didn't hear you standing up for Michelle Obama when this board descended into its most ridiculous when vilifying her.
Whines about what a horrible person she was for telling people to drink water. And wails that will the financial crisis this country is facing, we should do away with the office of the First Lady.
Of course, this ostensible frugality was undercut by the fact that no one seemed to know just how much money the office of the First Lady costs. Or how much money we'd be spending on her Secret Service detachment if -- God forbid! -- she gets bored and wants to return to work, or even wants to spend her days engaged in something.
And all this because she encouraged people to drink water. But we'd be saving money. Never mind that no one who engaged in this stupidity could prove that we'd be saving money or how much.
And never mind that the office of the First Lady was in existence since the presidency of Benjamin Harrison, and therefore has endured two world wars and the Great Depression without killing us financially.
I found it very significant that so many on this forum were so determined to do away with the office of the First Lady, all the while not even knowing if it would have saved us a dime, and how desperate they were to find fault with her for advocating something so salubrious as drinking water.
If she advocated hugging your children, the posters on this board would have had screaming fits about how she's supposedly encouraging emotional dependency and helicopter parenting.
Yet, your gallantry was nowhere to be seen when this laughable but impassioned attack on Michelle Obama was to be seen.
So spare me your "I'm only fighting the oppression of women" shtick.
If you were any more full of shit you'd explode with it!

One of our nation's borders has been dismantled by powerful political interests, but even so, there should be no doubt that our President is incompetent.
