For those of you who say sex prosecutions have nothing to do with who has a penis.
Now I dont know the details of the alleged crimes.
What I do know is this guy is currently 18 in 2015.
Meaning in 2009 when he "molested" a 13 yr old he was was 12 or 13.
But every time its mentioned in the news, or a prosecuter speaks they call him an adult who molested a 13 yr old. And they are charging him as an adult for things he did as a 12 yr old.
