In Italy, Muslim African “refugees” rejected pasta and demanded food from their own countries. But the cruel Europeans who “mistreat” migrants set up a kitchen in Calais with imported spices cooked by a Michelin chef determined to give them the stir-fried rabbit and lamb meatballs they’re used to. There are also mobile phone charging stations so the destitute refugees can check on their Facebook accounts.
There's so much wrong here that I don't know where to begin. Deer sweet meteor of death, please strike. If not that, then the zombie apocalypse, please? the Yellowstone super caldera would be OK, too.
Presumably, Greensboro’s classification of the heckling as sexual harassment is based on the third definition, although it’s legally unclear whether disrupting a theatrical performance truly qualifies as creating a hostile “employment or educational environment.”
Presumably those male students forced to attend should be able to bring similar Title IX complaints against the school itself.

Probably too late in the day for anyone to notice this, and I'm sick of hearing about Kim Davis, but this is funny!
When Mike Huckabee held a rally for Kim Davis upon her release from jail, they played the song, "Eye of the Tiger." It seems Survivor, the band who recorded that song, has a bit of a problem with this.

Patrick, I heard about that earlier. I hope Huckabee and Davis get their pants sued off them!
I, on other posts, called her a "thief" for "stealing" the civil rights of others. Well, I guess I was right, she is a thief of intellectual property as well.
So, instead of telling others that "God will punish you for your sins" she, and the Baptist preacher Huckabee, had better start worrying about their own salvations since they cannot seem to read or follow the Ten Commandments.

Charles, I suspect their supporters will donate for any settlement they have to pay. Oh, well. I wonder if she's abiding by the court order that says she cannot interfere with her staff from issuing marriage licenses.

Maybe they do, but legally, I don't think there is anything they can do. It's covered by "mandatory licensing". ASCAP or BMI might have standing to come after Huckabee for not having paid rights fees (assuming he didn't), but as it was a not-for-profit event, they probably won't bother. Also, they don't want to be seen as engaging in partisan politics, which they could be accused of if they start picking and choosing which political events are allowed to use their music.

Industry and government, working together.
The corporatocracy eats its own now and then.
