Since the DEA is in the discussion agenda, let's take a look at the wild assumptions by which the head of that august agency lives - and wants us to believe.
Every time I get to feeling sorry about taxi drivers and their Uber-disrupted industry, I take a ride in a Sydney taxi.
This instantly cures me of any sadness and instead makes me think that Uber drivers are not only justified in destroying the taxi business, but that Uber drivers should also be allowed to throw taxi drivers out of their houses and sell their children into slavery. A back-to-back comparison this weekend was especially illuminating.

The Brits tried to collapse the Revolution by issuing countefeit Continental currency. One flaw?
Often the fake currency could be easily spotted because it was of higher quality than the legitimate bills. The paper was usually a higher quality and the engraving was of a much higher quality on the professionally done counterfeits.

Loved this. Lesser-known trolley problem variations.
Flying from LA to Chicago is suspicious, thinks DOJ. So they can nab somebody's cash in the Orwellian "asset forfeiture."
