I was told on this very blog that ISIS would have no need to mix their operatives amongst the flood of Syrian refugees.
Maybe ISIS is having budget problems, and this method cuts into travel costs? what's better than blowing up your enemies on their own soil? getting your travel expenses picked up by them if they're the USofA.
Several high-level administration officials have warned in recent months just how challenging this can be. While they say U.S. security measures are much better than in the past, vetting Syrian refugees poses a quandary: How do you screen people from a war-torn country that has few criminal and terrorist databases to check?
I'm sure the Assad regime will cooperate fully, and give full and unqualified support for known ISIS operatives. Because the enemy of my enemy is my friend, particularly when he's in my enemy's country blowin' shit up.

Unbelievable.
Parisians say "Fuck you, Islamists" by returning to the cafés. "“This was an attack on our way of life." http://nyti.ms/1j6J0p1

Also, that screening process (emphasis mine)?

Mostly because he can't blow my shit up.
