The Mayor of Cologne said today that women should adopt a “code of conduct” to prevent future assault at a crisis meeting following the sexual attack of women by 1000 men on New Year’s eve.
In a draft policy statement jointly issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Education, federal bureaucrats have — on their own initiative — subordinated parents to a secondary role in the rearing of their children. While the draft is neither finalized nor binding (yet), it serves as a clear shot across the bow of every freedom-loving parent who naively believes that his parenting principles, priorities and practices will be protected and respected by government.

The suggested code of conduct includes maintaining an arm’s length distance from strangers, to stick within your own group....
So, Sharia has come to Cologne.

Yes, the "better code of conduct" would include a Colt .45; But, this was in Germany where they don't allow guns to be carried by ordinary civilians. And we all know how well that turned out for them back in the 1930s through 1940s.

"Be very glad we don't have a Republican president," Walter Russell Mead told us in May of last year, warning that if such were so we would be enduring a "merciless media pounding" on the series of "failures, mistakes, and false starts" that have been our lot since Obama took office. Instead, we have a Democrat who is allowed by the press to fail quietly, discreetly, and off center stage. Thus, into a second year of beheadings and horror, we see headlines like "Attacks Don't Shake President's Faith in Patient Strategy" (Washington Post); "Speech Was a Plea for Patience and National Unity" (New York Times); and "Obama Addresses a Shifting Landscape," (Washington Post), suggesting support for a put-upon leader facing conditions he never expected to meet.

A code of conduct? such as carrying a large caliber handgun? or is she just engaging in "slut shaming"?

The Mayor of Cologne is more concerned about complaints from the Muslim community than she is from 'da gurls.

Swedish harness racer's horse was injured, and sadly had to be put down.
What did the racer do with the carcass? She ate it.
And then she had to defend herself on Facebook.
