Concrete Barriers Won't Stop Islamic Attacks In Europe
Islam calls for Muslims to murder infidels for Allah, and if there's a concrete barrier in place, well, there's always the suicide vest or automatic weapons.

A free society has no protections when Muslims are willing to kill themselves to murder "infidels," based on promises of 72 virgins and avoidance of "hell" from Islam. (That was the game-changer we saw on 9/11, when terrorists didn't just want a bag of money and a trip to a country that didn't extradite.)

The Daily Mail story by Allan Hall, Julian Robinson, and other reporters shows concrete barriers being put in place after the Christmas Market attack for Allah. The suspect is Tunisian asylum seeker Anis Amri:

Wire taps revealed that two months ago Amri had told a hate preacher that he was willing to blow himself up - and had also inquired about buying automatic weapons from a police informant.

But German officers still did not believe they had enough evidence to arrest him, according to Spiegel.

Police today revealed that his fingerprints were found on the door of the hijacked lorry used to murder 12 people at a Christmas market in Berlin on Monday night. His wallet was under the seat.

Officers have been carrying out raids across Germany as the international manhunt continued for the failed Tunisian asylum seeker with German police under fire for a string of blunders that let him go free.

I am for immigration and taking care of refugees, but the fact remains -- there is an ideology (a totalitarian system masquerading as a religion) in which some followers will murder citizens of Western countries that take them in...or Muslims they deem to be "not Muslim enough."

This is a game-changer and it isn't hateful or "racist" (though Islam is not a race), to say so.

I don't know how we could possibly vet would-be citizens in a way that adequately protects the citizens we already have. And then there's the danger from those already here -- some of whom will engage in lone-wolf attacks. Some of these can be uncovered through probable-cause-based policing. But not all will, and that's scary and awful.

We can't change as a constitutional rights-driven nation -- that would be our ruin.

But what do we do?

I think, for starters, we need to stop the lie that Islam is a "religion of peace." It is anything but, though only a small percentage of Muslims actually carry out these attacks. Still, there are enough, vis a vis the vast population of Muslims around the globe, that it's a danger to the rest of us who thought we were living in a modern, post-Enlightenment world.

Being honest that Islam calls for the violent takeover of non-Muslim countries and the installation of The New Caliphate and Sharia Law around the world -- instead of pretending that Islam is the religion of bunnies and puppies...well, that at least starts the talk of reform.
