To explain this in slightly greater detail -- say there's that one guy in a group of people who doesn't smile back at you or others: Maybe he's rude or doesn't like you -- or maybe he's just lonely.

OMG. I think I have Impaired Spontaneous Smile Mimicry. (For the dyslexic the acronym is MISS, as in I MISS you. I'm lonely)
All these years I was beginning to believe a lie told to me over and over - that I'm an asshole. Nope. I just have impaired spontaneous smile mimicry. What a relief!
