Instypot!
We have the Sous Vide Supreme, Gregg and I. We were given refurb copies by our friends, Mike and Mary Dan Eades, who created it. It makes meat just AMAZING. But it's also a little expensive for a lot of people -- though if I'd known what it does to meat, I'd think it was worth the investment.
I don't have an Instant Pot, but it's something countless people rave about -- including my SF sister, who has one and made potatoes in it with ease when I was there.
It's on daily special at Amazon today -- their really, really well-reviewed Instant Pot -- and it's $89.99 instead of $129.99 for the six-quart version.
One great thing I do use in the kitchen is this top-selling Soulfull this knife sharpener. Also on huge special today -- only $6.99. Says the regular price is $55. I don't believe that, but I think we paid $15 for ours. Yep: PriorityChef -- the one I have -- is $14.99. It's absolutely great. Dull knives are unsafe (slip and cut a finger off...oopsy!) and annoying.
