Snoopy, I smell a hoax.

But then, back when Jay Leno was "Jaywalking" and asking young people basic questions on American politics, etc., I started to suspect that many of the people, while not necessarily planted, were really struggling actors trying to see whether they could trick Leno - and everyone else - into believing that they WEREN'T actors, just happened to be in that part of town, and were really that academically ignorant. (Then, of course, they could brag about their stunts on their resumes, later on.)

Who's to say struggling satirists might not be doing the same thing?
