They both prioritize loyalty over competence, ethics, etc. - which is a reason to be dubious of both of their claims of president-level management expertise.

Trump's main problem is that he comes from a private company - he has no experience, or skill, compromising with and reporting to a Board of Directors.

Hillary has a similar authoritarian bent, that one born of a massive sense of entitlement that comes from spending her marriage wielding the vicarious authority of a powerful husband and not from creating an empire on her own.
