It's all about decision-making and separating decisions from results; that it's possible to make a good decision and get a bad result, or to make a bad decision and get a good result.
Like most business books, it gets a bit repetitive and smugly self-satisfied with the author's perspective, never getting as deep or insightful as you'd like it to be. Still, it can make you think about how you make decisions, and there's some value in that.

Haven't read it, only heard a couple of roadshow book-sales interviews. I admire the humility of her Seidel anecdote. She has seems to understand, as I was warned in childhood Sunday school, that the only meaningful humility is the naked kind that you hate with all your heart.
