A thing I recommend as a gift -- possibly a gift for yourself!

It's this incredible snail face cream I've been using -- a Seoul-aceutical. Of course, being me, it's the $16ish version of the $80 or $90 cream everybody else wears, but with the same active ingredients in the same amount. And in a nice jar, too, and not a tiny one, either!

Makes my skin feel like velvet, and people I haven't seen for a while keep saying, "How come your face has no lines?" Okay, French sunblock is part of it, but this stuff seems to do something that fills out your skin in a nice way and disappears some of the big ridges you'd otherwise have when you are no longer 22!

PENS!!!

I am annoyed when pens don't glide smoothly and have wimpy lines. The best pen I have found (after extensive searching over the years) that is not $300 is the Uni-Ball Signo gel pen. Some of the best of those are from Japan.

Blue ones. Also from Japan -- really great quality and thick, smooth line.

These white gel pens, also from Japan, are for black envelopes, etc.

Bold black retractable ones come from Amazon from the U.S. and get to you faster. Right away, in fact.
