Considering the duration and the roster, there are remarkably few blowhard moments: They all respect each other too much to go pompous. There won't be a better talk about race relations this year.

Washington Soulless Bureaucrats.
According to one report I read, a Virginia realtor trademarked every name he thought the Redskins might want to use and this is holding up the team name change. Once the team announced a "review" of its name last week, it gave this guy time and he went to work setting up Web sites and trademarks.
Now, according to reports, he's demanding an exorbitant amount of money to sell the trademark the team wants.

Not a lightning strike. It's underwater demo to clear the channel. What looks like a bolt of lightning is a shock tube used to set off detonators on the charges at the bottom of the channel. After that, dredging the channel will be easy.
Y'know, when the anti-maskies cheerfully squeal that 'It's against the law to ask how your medical condition interferes with wearing a mask!,' their righteousness is not affirmed.

I thought the right to bear arms means we had the right to carry arms, not that the bears have the right to arm arm themselves; with nunchucks no less.

Probably waiting for the dust to settle before the journalists get to write their hit pieces.
What was the last corporate lawsuit of such consequence for which (all) media waited to publish pending "resolution" after news had been made?
It's an internet company in San Francisco, beloved throughout the world by precisely the kind of innovative individual communicators who traditional media would love to hammer, ball-peen… Especially today, with not one but two NYC media stalwarts deserting their mastheads with theatrical flourish. Patreon threatens exactly the sort of enormous & ancient outlets Srinivisan accuses of libeling Silicon Valley without acknowledging the competitive motives of their coverage.
I mean, I'm sincerely disappointed after following your link. It would be interesting to see some larger appreciation of the very real constraint Patreon is putting on the Overton window. It doesn't sound like this guy Cernovich is the one to move the ball forward.

Cernovich is only being the narrator, Marco Randazza is the lawyer involved. Unfortunately this is gonna be like the James Damore arbitration where the trip is better than the destination.

Dust particles can float in the air as long as there's wind moving it.
We're not going to see anything until there's some modicum of a resolution going on.
Plus, woke journalists also rely on Patreon and the last thing they want to do is bite that hand.
