Too bad it was a dog, and not a human being, that Simon Cowell chose to lavish some praise on, finally, however well-deserved. Just the very sight of that man, however, is enough to make me hurl.

Border Collies are the best.

CBS had a list of the 10 smartest and dumbest dogs. Border collies were at the top of the "smartest" list while my Basset Hound made the dumbest list.
It's nearly impossible to train a Bassett Hound to do any tricks. They do what they want and nothing else. I say that makes them the smart ones.
