100% agree. I was astounded to hear of legislation limiting off shore drilling losses to $75M. (I just sat in an all day meeting last Friday that addressed limitation of losses in contracts - using the latest oil spill as a current example). Blech.
But I have one more to add to the list (via Hotair):
Obama isn't waiving the Jones Act (Bush did for Katrina). Waiving it would mean that other countries could come to assist with clean up efforts - but that would mean a loss to union labor. Greedy, self-serving, repugnant asses - the whole lot of them!

I agree with the above. ADDITIONALLY,
the feds were sound asleep for a month
instead of helping with dams, absorption,
dispersal etc. to mitigate the damage.
(No, the feds don't have any technology
to make things happen down at 1500 m).
