Christine O'Donnell Walks Off Piers Morgan
Claimed it was "rude" of him to ask her about gay marriage. Hilarious.
This woman has the demeanor and smarts of an 11-year-old. Depressing that she actually made some headway in politics. Of any kind.
Newsflash: Naive witch lady, you don't get to direct the agenda on TV. You consider yourself lucky that you're well-known enough enough of a whack job to get on to flog your book.
P.S. The Republican Women's Club (where she claimed to have a competing engagement) has a slightly smaller audience than CNN.

And to think she almost become a senator...

Isn't Morgan the guy who was raiding people's voicemails?

Is storming off an interview the new publicity stunt?

Naive witch lady,...
Amy, this is an insult to witches everywhere!! LOL!

I can't watch this without being embarrassed for this idiot and the people who voted for her.
ahw at August 18, 2011 8:24 AM
All true, and she'd still have been an improvement on Harry Reid.
There is a price for publicity. She chose not to pay it. I'm surprised more people don't walk away from some of these "interviews." You get what you tolerate.
No, I'm not a fan and I wouldn't waste a second on her book if I were being paid to read it.

This reminds me of when that waste of oxygen Carrie Prejean huffed her way off of the Larry King show because he asked her about getting sued for not showing up for contractually obligated appearances.
Christine O'Donnell is apparently way too fragile for politics, if an interview makes her flee.
Choika at August 18, 2011 8:51 AM
Sometimes walking out of an interview means never having to say you're sorry!
Flynne at August 18, 2011 9:48 AM
Piers is another complete asshole, but this woman just lost all respect. Answer the Damn question. I am against gay marriage, but it is MY opinion. You are trying to sell a book, be honest bitch
ronc at August 18, 2011 1:54 PM
Ms. O'Donnell has always spoken very respectfully of you, Ron.
Crid at August 18, 2011 2:37 PM
Interestingly enough when she demanded that Piers instead focus on her book, he pointed out that gay marriage IS addressed in her book. I guess she hadn't finished reading her new book yet.

Anybody who shows up on CNN expecting it to be good for their careers –including the hosts, technicians and sponsors– deserves what happens to them. (Can any of you say which products sponsored this compelling moment of televised truth-exposure? Aha! No you can't! It's the digital century, peeps! Television is OLD MEDIA!)
Also—— It's August of 20-motherfucking-11... Why are you paying attention to presidential elective politics? Shouldn't you be watching sports, or gossip shows about idiot starlets who sleep with older, higher-box office action stars who've already burned through a marriage or two?
DON'T YOU PEOPLE HAVE PRIORITIES??!?!?!!??
> she hadn't finished reading her new boo
Best moment I ever saw from Olbermann was in his sports anchor incarnation, circa 1990: "Charles Barkley has set a new low for excuse-making from athletes by claiming to have been misquoted... in his autobiography!"
